WHO WE ARE

We are executives with significant strategy, operational and financial experience focused on helping companies accelerate growth and value

Leadership

George E. Pohle

Co-Founder and Managing Director

George is an agent of change. As a gearhead and tinkerer, he likes to combine imaginative ideas with action to make things work better. In particular, he has extensive knowledge of and experience working with companies in or impacted by high technology.

He works alongside the board and executives of companies to help them define new opportunities and do what it takes to capitalize on them. He uses his experience as a CEO, Board Director, Fortune 50 senior executive, entrepreneur and strategist to provide insights and leadership when companies are undergoing change.

He has an MBA from INSEAD, a B.S. from Johns Hopkins, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is an HBR and Forbes published thought leader on business management issues. He lives outside New York City with his wife while his children draw down on family savings to complete their educations.

Randall S. Hancock

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Randall is a business strategist, exponential futurist and hardcore research analyst. As a global explorer, news junkie, technologist and transhumanist, he loves to discover, analyze and determine the implications of each next new thing. He believes that facts trump theories, scenarios beat forecasts, pyramid principle thinking outperforms stream of consciousness, and that it’s far better to surf the tsunami of technology-enabled changes than fight gravity with legacy mindsets.

Bringing nearly three decades of experience as a strategy consultant, entrepreneur, general manager, corporate executive and thought leader working in Asia, Europe and North America, Randall helps executive teams anticipate, assess and address the market disruptions and opportunities impacting their business in today’s accelerating business environment.

Randall has an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and an A.B. in economics from Harvard. He maintains residences in Somerville, Massachusetts and Makati, Philippines, operating on a time zone roughly equivalent to Alaska’s Aleutian Islands. When not hanging out with his partner or four children, you’ll find him wrestling with critical personal dilemmas like sous-vide versus BBQ, elliptical versus scuba diving, Netflix bingeing versus roadtrips, and red wine versus mangojitos.
